Shipping & Returns
We would like to make your online shopping experience as pleasant and simple as possible, so our shipping methods and policies have been designed to get your order to you quickly and efficiently.
- A flat rate of $15 shipping is charged on all orders within Australia *
- Orders will be dispatched within 48 hours of placement or two business days
- Any orders over $150 are shipped free of charge *
- Shipping confirmation email with tracking number will be emailed to you once product is shipped.
- In most cases orders will be received within 3-7 business days of shipping. Bulky items or deliveries to remote locations may take longer
* Large items are measured on the cubic weight and may incur an extra fee. If an extra fee is payable we will contact you to confirm payment before your order is dispatched.
We cannot accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances (eg. Strikes, floods etc). If there are delays due to stock reasons we will notify you and you will have the option of changing or cancelling your order.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind. We will happily exchange or offer a store credit (valid for 3 months) for an item returned in it is original condition (all packaging, tags, boxes still in tact) within 14 days after you receive the product (excludes sale items, gift cards). It must be in its original condition and suitable for resale, or no exchange or credit note will be granted.
If 14 days have gone by since you receive the product, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, unless they are faulty.
Please be aware the cost and liability of returning the item to us will be at your own expense. No shipping/postage costs will be reimbursed by Armchair Collective nor will we be held liable if the returned items/s is not received by us.
To submit a claim, please contact us with details of your purchase by email at email@example.com. We may ask you to supply images to illustrate the fault.
Clearance or Sale items
Clearance or Sale items are not eligible for a refund or exchange. All Clearance or Sale items are final. If an item you've purchased as been marked down due to a fault, then this item may not be returned as faulty.
